Fever is an RSS feed aggregator. It's a server based app, so if you wanna run it you must own some server space. It also requires a mysql database (all of this is easy to setup).
I've been using it for a week now, and am pretty happy with the results. It's very handy if you read a lot of sites. The "hot" section is handy since it highlights the most talked about stuff on the internet (depending on the feeds you subscribe).
